the best deals. The following provides you with a summary of our services and how you can make an
informed decision about using Choice's service for your properties.
Choice begins by providing each potential client with a process overview. This initial meeting is free and allows us to explain our services as well as discuss pricing and qualifications. We also need to learn about ancillary revenue for your portfolio and your general needs and interests.
We identify your needs through building a database of your portfolio of current service providers and agreements by property and region. This will allow Choice to analyze the data, generate recommendations and project revenue potential, all at no cost to you.
When signing an agency agreement with Choice, you select which properties and which service categories Choice will represent. We will maximize revenue levels for you by aggregating units of multiple clients and across regions.
Choice will develop and distribute requests for proposals, manage contract negotiations, make vendor recommendations, summarize vendor proposals with dollar projections and assist with the legal review of contracts by your attorney. Property owners or managers will make all final decisions concerning all vendor agreements.
After vendor agreements are fully executed, Choice will implement the programs with the owner's support. This may include coordinating on-site training, marketing and incentive programs to ensure that the activity penetration level and revenue potential is maximized. Choice will always be there to handle customer service issues between your properties and the service providers.
Communication is key: as a client of Choice Property Resources, Inc. your portfolio will be provided updates on your ancillary program as well as industry news through the following channels:
a) Initial and follow-up training for all locations which includes vendor program summaries and other vendor marketing materials
b) Choice's participation at district meetings
c) Conference calls with properties
d) Property visits by select vendors and/or a Choice representative
e) Choice Newsletters and Choice Bulletins
f) Periodic executive and middle management business reviews
Finally, Choice will manage revenue sharing payments and verification, and track the penetration activity levels for each of your property's service agreements. We then consolidate the information into understandable reports for you. We continually monitor your program's success and make adjustments if necessary.
