Choice Property Resources, Inc. specializes in new development properties, working with you to find telecommunications solutions for your new properties. To date, Choice has represented over 7,000 apartment and condominium units during new construction or remodeling. Choice works with your development team from the ground up to ensure that the telecommunications agreements are in place to provide on-time quality services to your new residents. Choice’s responsibilities for new development projects include:

> Negotiating equitable Easement and Right-of-Entry agreements plus either exclusive service and/or exclusive marketing commitments
> Communicating construction / build-out schedules, where necessary
> Conveying wiring specifications to ensure the delivery of current and future technology services
> Determining ownership of wiring both during and after the contract term
> Recommending providers based on the needs of the residents and property ownership
