Training & Implementation
The referral programs through Choice can be used as a successful means of relationship marketing to help retain current renters and a competitive advantage that will help attract new renters.
After vendor agreements are fully executed, Choice will assist with implementing the programs with the owner's support. This may include coordinating on-site training, marketing and incentive programs to ensure that the activity penetration level and revenue potential is maximized. Choice will be there to handle customer service issues between your properties and the service providers.
Communication is key: as a client of Choice Property Resources, Inc., we will provide all levels of ancillary services management within your portfolio with updates on your ancillary services program as well as industry news through the following channels:
a) Initial and follow up training for all locations which includes vendor program summaries and other vendor marketing materials
b) Choice's participation at district meetings
c) Conference calls with properties
d) Property visits by select vendors and/or a Choice representative
e) Choice Newsletters and Choice Bulletins
Finally, Choice will verify and track the vendor penetration and revenue activity levels for each of your property's vendor agreements. We then consolidate the information into understandable management reports for you. We continually monitor your program's success and make adjustments if necessary.
