Choice Property Resources, Inc. represents multi-family properties on a national scale. We represent properties in 35 states throughout the southeast, east coast, Midwest, southwest and west coast. The top five states for this representation are Ohio, Texas, Michigan, Nevada and California.

Why We Do It:
Choice Property Resources, Inc. offers services that have been very well received by midsized multi-family owners, developers and managers. Our clients outsource their ancillary services to Choice to save them time with contract negotiations and program implementation while generating previously untapped revenue sources. Choice has seen continuous annual increases in the number of units represented. Currently Choice represents 135,000 units in 1,133 properties.

How We Do It:
The opportunity to negotiate vendor-generated income for our clients has been accelerated by many external factors. Deregulation in telecommunications and utilities have fostered competition that in turn forced service providers to look for non-traditional avenues to market their services. One of those areas includes utilizing multi-family on-site staff to market these services at the point-of-sale. In addition multi-family owners are feeling the effects of a soft economy, their limitations for increasing rents and occupancy pressures. Finally, Choice's ability to aggregate multi-family units across clients and geographic areas makes the tie-in with multi-family properties all the more attractive to service providers and their willingness to pay marketing fees.
