Choice's representation is national in scope with properties in 29 states.

Before Choice's representation, only 17% of our clients' units had a telecommunications revenue sharing agreement in place. After contracting with Choice, our clients’ penetration of telecommunications revenue share contracts increased to 75% with up to 87% projected by including additional contract negotiations currently in process.

Choice has steadily grown every year and currently represents 100,000 multi-family units in 800 properties.
