Target Customers
Our target customers consist of owners, managers, and developers of a variety of residential properties: apartments, condominiums and community associations. These owners and managers maintain between 1,000 to 20,000 units in their portfolio. Furthermore, our target customers have no dedicated, in-house staff for handling ancillary services. Ancillary services are often a secondary responsibility for asset management or operations staff.
