Management Bob Coco, CAS
Mr. Coco has 38 plus years of experience directing income-building business.
Prior to starting Choice Property Resources, Inc., Mr. Coco held many key corporate leadership and executive committee positions.
As Vice President of the Cardinal Apartment Management Group, he was responsible for marketing programs on a nationwide basis for
55,000 units in 18 states. Later, as Vice President for Cardinal's parent company, he had executive management responsibility for
three profit centers. As a consultant for NHP Management Co., he developed nationally used multi-family programs for Effective
Marketing Practices and Leasing Guidelines and Techniques. Most recently he was Vice President, Ancillary Services for Lexford
Realty Trust. Mr. Coco was with The Kellogg Company for 16 years with senior marketing, brand management and sales management
positions, while overseeing international advertising agencies Leo Burnett and J. Walter Thompson. He held the positions of
Vice President for Salada Foods, Inc. and Vice President, Wholesale for Cheryl & Co. Mr. Coco has an MBA in Marketing from
Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Economics from Youngstown State University.

Mike Coco, Vice President of Contract Management, CAS
Mr. Coco has ten years in the multi-family industry and holds the designation of
Certified Apartment Supplier through the National Apartment Association. In addition
to overseeing the contract management department, Mr. Coco also oversees IT services.
Prior to joining Choice Property Resources, Inc., he was with Arness, Inc. as
Operations Manager, and also served as an adjunct instructor with Colorado State University.
He currently serves as Chairman of the board for Traverse City Light & Power and volunteers
on several nonprofit boards supporting youth rugby. Mr. Coco has a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science from Miami (OH) University.

Ms. Smith has 19 years of direct sales, marketing, training and account management experience in the multifamily industry.
She was formerly the
Director Marketing and Training for Choice. Also she was the Telecommunications Product Manager at Lexford Realty Trust
where she negotiated and implemented national telecommunications ancillary service agreements; Account Executive for
Haas Publishing; and Director of Sales and Marketing for Harrison House Apartments.
Ms. Smith has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Operations Management from The Ohio State University.

Gene Noel, Contracts Director
Mr. Noel has 31 plus years of experience in purchasing, contract negotiations and inventory management.
He was formerly with Lexford Realty Trust as a Product Manager with responsibilities for negotiating
contracts with preferred vendors for parts & supplies for apartment properties; Materials Manager,
Marion Power & Shovel Division, Dresser Industries; and New Product Planning Manager, IBM Corp.
He has an Associate of Business degree from Arlington State College in Texas.

Andrea Caleodis, Account Executive
Ms. Caleodis has eleven years of business experience in sales, account management and as a design consultant.
Her experience includes positions with Moellering Industries, Merillat Industries and MI Schottenstein Homes, Inc.
She has an MBA from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University with a
major in Marketing and Real Estate Principals. She currently serves on the Associate Council for the
Columbus Apartment Association.

Tia Murphy, Account Executive
Ms. Murphy has six years of business experience in administration, training, marketing as well as six years
of business teaching experience at the adult and high school levels. She was formerly the Marketing Coordinator
for Choice Property Resources before accepting the position of Account Executive. Ms. Murphy has a
Bachelor of Arts from Grove City College located in Pennsylvania with dual majors in Business Administration
and Business Education.

Jamie McCombs, Manager, Contract Administration
Ms. McCombs has seventeen years of marketing, account management, and administration/operations experience.
In addition to Managing Contract Administration, she is also the System Administrator for Choice Property Resources.
She was formerly an Account Manager and Senior Analyst for Kelly Services, Inc. which involved managing global
accounts for both Intel and Dow Chemical; and Marketing Analyst for United Insurance Company of America.
Her experience includes project management, contract negotiations, customer reporting, measuring performance
metrics and database management. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and General Business
from Western Michigan University.

Dean Wolfe, Contracts Manager
Mr. Wolfe has fifteen years of experience in business management, marketing, and property management. Prior to joining Choice, he served as General Manager of Frasure Funeral Supply, Inc. overseeing all day-to-day business functions of the company including finance, marketing, purchasing, and logistics. In addition, his background includes several years of successful involvement in multi-family and investment property management. Mr. Wolfe has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Major in Marketing and Minor in Business Legal Studies from Miami (OH) University.
