Joy Lorick, Senior Account Executive, Young Isaac, Inc., Columbus, Ohio. Young Isaac is a full-service advertising agency. They are best known for crafting messages that change behavior. They have been instrumental in Choice’s web site design, collateral material development and market research.

Kelly Borth, President, Greencrest, Inc., Columbus, Ohio. Greencrest, Inc. is a marketing and public relations firm serving emerging, entrepreneurial companies and mid-size to large corporations. They created Choice's corporate identity package with potential for future PR communications. The company is in its 13th year of operation.

Gail Jamison, CPA, Partner, Potterf, Jamison & Associates, CPAs, Westerville, Ohio. This is a full service, 23 -year-old accounting firm that specializes in tax return preparation, controllership services and accounting, consulting and planning.

William F. Hutter, President, Sequent, Worthington, Ohio. Sequent is an eight-year old professional employer organization that provides a cost effective alternative to managing the administrative tasks and employment associated with the workforce. This is accomplished through employee leasing, managing employee benefits & administration, payroll/tax management, recruiting, risk management and other services.

James G. Flaherty, Attorney-At-Law, Westerville, Ohio. This is a ten10-year old private legal firm, which specializes in business, tax and estate practices. This includes significant experience in corporate and entity formations and contract law.

Timothy Bowers, Agent, Associated Insurance Agencies, Inc., Westerville, Ohio. Tim oversees Choice's coverage for professional liability insurance and commercial general property and liability insurance.

Elizabeth Lloyd, Commercial Loan Officer, Delaware County Bank, Delaware, Ohio. This is our active banking relationship that includes business checking and escrow accounts so no client funds are co-mingled with Choice operational monies. Delaware County Bank is also involved with funding for Choice's operations, as necessary.

Brian J. Ellis, President and COO, Nationwide Realty Investors, Columbus, Ohio.Mr. Ellis has over 17 years in real estate investment management and development on a national basis. He is currently involved with the development of the Columbus, Ohio arena district after successfully overseeing the development of Nationwide Arena.

Mitchell Potterf, CPA, President, Value Added Systems, LLC (business development consulting firm); past Chief Financial Officer, Midwest Acoust-A-Fiber, Inc., Delaware, Ohio; and former owner of Mitchell Potterf CPAs, Westerville, Ohio. Mr. Potterf has been a CPA and financial consultant for over 28 years as well as having personal investments in multi-family real estate.

J. Robert Hiner, retired, past Executive Vice President Operations, America Investment and Management Company (AIMCO); Executive Vice President Operations, NHP Management Co.; and President, Cardinal Apartment Management Co., Cape Coral, Florida. Mr. Hiner brings 15 plus years in real estate management with special expertise in operations and strategic planning for multi-family properties.
