This may include materials such as brochures, price lists, current promotions, etc. This will allow your residents to have all the necessary information on recommended services right at their fingertips, when they are ready to use them.

Welcome Home Community Information Sheet
We recommend that you use this form to list the vendor names and direct telephone numbers for preferred vendors with which you have contracts in place. Highlighting these recommended vendors by placing their names in bold print will reinforce your preferred vendor list. Often these vendors have special 800 numbers that are specific to multi-family residents to help expedite the order process.
